Tom offers one-on-one telephone consultations to Florida's do-it-yourself landlords, who are looking for step-by-step guidance and no-bullspit advice on how to manage tenants, and run their residential rental housing business for maximum profit, with minimum problems.

Tom charges $24.95 for fifteen minutes and $49.95 for thirty minutes. Landlords pay for the telephone call.

Tom is available for landlord consultations on weekdays, evenings and weekends.
